SWR season ticket on LNER smart card?

Sorry if repeating a topic, but can’t find definitive answer to question of whether a shawford to London Waterloo (SWR operated service) season ticket purchased through LNER and loaded onto an LNER smart card will work at SWR station barriers and be accepted by SWR ticket inspectors?

Will it work for delay repay (even if not automated)?

Aiming to take advantage of AMEX offer.

Yep - no problems. Smartcards are interchangeable between TOCs (except for ScotRail).
