Hi, does anyone happen to have an example rota for a TFW conductor that they could share?

I believe I'll be working 35 hours over 4 days. My interview was a long time ago but I'm fairly certain I was told they usually work 1 week late, 1 week mid, and 1 week early on a cycle.
