My daughter is trying to buy a Family & Friends railcard, for her family. She also wanted to add her friend too (obviously another adult) but it is only letting her add two adults in total.

Is she doing something wrong, or is it the case of two 'main adults' then adding the other one later on, in the buying process.

Only two adults can ever be named as cardholders on a 'Family & Friends' railcard. See weblink / extract below...

Two adults can be named as cardholders on your Family & Friends Railcard. The two adults don't need to travel together but you do need to be travelling with at least one child between the ages of 5 and 15 to be eligible for the discount. What's more, up to four adults and four children can travel on the same card and receive the savings. You don’t need to be related either, so it’s great for big fun days out.

The other two adults can be anyone at all, but they must travel with at least one of the named cardholders and at least one child.
