What are the difference between UK and EU Bus and coach laws, and will Brexit make any difference now or in the the future?
This rather depends what you mean. EU bus and coach laws are pretty well are the same as UK laws; their interpretation is slightly different in individual member states. Some states use 'opt outs' , for instance, of the drivers hours regulations for local bus services on routes of less than 50km (and there are further 'workarounds' to string these routes together); some states don't. There are other 'opt outs' and interpretations which mean that there are differences in various other aspects of construction and Use and operational rules.
Brexit will inevitably make a difference - rules are bound to gradually diverge over time for domestic operations. However, I don't think there is any great appetite to change things right now.
