West Midlands Trains Delay Repay Issue

I have a Delay Repay claim in with WMT submitted all the details including ticket number and picture of the Paper Single ticket. They have however now requested a ticket reference number!! Does anyone know what this refers to on the attached ticket?

The 8 character combination of numbers and letters on the booking confirmation (email or website page) you used to collect the ticket.

X2BT44L7 as shown on the ticket.
