What is the reason for this movement?

So the royal Scotsman Usually runs 1H80 leaving keith for Kyle of lochalsh at 08:40, but for whatever reason it got cancelled today and instead ran 1Z80 leaving Keith at 12:00. Does anyone know why this happened? https://live.rail-record.co.uk/train.php/?c=64574&d=2024-04-12

It arrived in Keith at 00:20 this morning because of a problem with the coaches (dragging brakes) so couldn't depart again until the traincrew had sufficient rest.
