Wickford Station - Car Park(s)

Can anyone familiar with the station clear up something about the car park situation please?

I can see (using Google Maps) that there is a clearly labelled (long and thin) Station Car Park situated at the London End of the station. There also appears to be another car park at the other end, bounded by Station Avenue and Station Approach. Does anyone know if this is also part of the station car park and, either way, is it railway land?

There is another car park in the area described, however, it is operated by another company and not NCP. It is slightly cheaper than the official station car park. Season tickets are available I believe if you call up the number on the boards, however, they aren't generally advertised.

Due to the slightly cheaper price this car park is usually fully by 8am whereas the officially station car park has spaces available all day.

If you send me a DM there is another car park 5 minutes walk from the station which is between 1/3 - 1/4 of the price of the official car park.

And the 2nd car park isn't railway land.
