Winchester car park

Winchester (down side) car park now has a new top deck in place, which had loads of spaces this afternoon so I assume it is only just opened.

Looking at how it is arranged, for some reason I remembered that someone had asked a web chat question about it, which I've copied here:

Answer:
The new decked car park at Winchester will accept vehicles up to 2.1m high on the ground floor, and any height vehicles on the top floor.

Sounds reasonable at a first glance, except the only way of getting to the top floor is by driving through the ground floor.

A little knowledge is dangerous... :roll:

Say a small coach with a detachable roof for sightseeing in fine weather - you carry the roof through the ground floor separately, then put it on once the coach is parked on the top floor.
