Can’t quite understand the logic of leaving it to the last minute and building up all that stress/pressure, surely that will make you more likely to fail due to overthinking and pent up nerves etc

it’s already been said that revision and research isn’t really going to help answer these questions so can’t see why you would wait, get it over and done with and take it as it comes.

if I’ve learned anything through my recruitment period it’s you’ve either got it or you Haven’t, practice and revision only goes so far

so Rip the band aid and get it over with

I've said this to myself, they either want me or they don't! I probably won't leave it till the very last minute :)

I’ve still not heard anything back, had an email at the start of the month to say they still haven’t got to my application so who knows what’s going on...

Anyone else waiting for their 'video interview' link? Got told I'd progressed to this round a month ago.

I mean.... throughout this process, I'm increasingly learning to not worry about how long things take. Just curious if anyone else is in the same boat....

Which depot did you apply for - seems to be the Birmingham ones that have done them so far

did it today, can only echo what others have said in that it’s really not that bad. 3 questions at 1.5 minutes each.

Ok so just completed mine, format is 3 questions , 10 secs to think of an answer 2 mins to give. ( no breaks in between questions either )
Like I said before don't stress don't over think ( like i just did )

not gonna tell you the questions but I properly flopped the last question :D

good luck!

Just completed mine too. I flopped The last question too. I could only name 3/4 things and had to be honest and say I couldn’t anymore. It’s always easy to look back and interview afterwards and think “ahh I was too vague, I should have mentioned this etc”

I've put down for New St but still haven't heard a thing and my surname is very near to the start of the alphabet, I really have no idea how their recruitment works :?::?::?:

My god that was awful. I can kiss goodbye to any prospect of progressing! Definitely overthought the first question and gave a lot of unnecessary waffle. Damn

we always tend to overly put ourselves down when looking back at interview questions, best of luck!

Oh no, probably wasn't as bad as you think. As long as you got the key point in.
Did the same and fluffed mine......
Yay pals! Was hoping for a spontaneous hurricane or the ceiling to collapse so I could be forgiven but no such luck! Got my fingers crossed for you, they say you tend to do better than you think x

I think I just put too much pressure on myself to be the perfect candidate, so I overthought and said more than was necessary. All I’ll say is the last question is a bugger if you’re internal! x
