Marc Huws stated in a tweet that 36100 is transferring to Weymouth. So to me it makes sense to transfer it if 37058 and 37729 have arrived.
Just as a question to one of the responses on the tweet, will the B7s from Lands End replace the two elderly Lothian Tridents as spares?

I thought I would try and summarise all the recent fleet movement information that we have seen on here and twitter into one post to attempt to minimise questions which have been answered elsewhere. All this information is from previous posts from this thread or from twitter (link here). If any of it is wrong let me know and I'll adjust it.

The 9 Volvo B9TL Wright Eclipse Gemini 2s (numbered between 37789 and 37801) are destined for the Lands End Coaster, and in the process of being refurbished, painted and vinyled ready for service. (source here)

The 7 Open Top E400s (33426-28 and 33575, 592, 600 and 601): 4 of the Atlantic Coaster branded ones are to remain on this route (source here). 1 of the Atlantic Coaster branded and one unbranded (33600 or 601) is destined for the Tin Coaster; with the other unbranded vehicle heading for the Falmouth Coaster (source here).

The Volvo B7TL Alexander ALX400 open-top (32027) and 4 of the Tridents will become sales points. (source here)

The Volvo B7TL Plaxton President open-tops from the Lands End Coaster will join the Sun-Seeker brand or act as spares. (source here)

The 2 Dennis Trident Plaxton President open-tops (32726/27) from Discover Exeter last year will return this year to this same route (source here)

Volvo B7TL Wright Eclipse Gemini open tops 37058 and 37729 from the Lands End Coaster will head to Somerset to act as spares for the Exmoor Coaster with the feeder service likely to operate as an open-top. (source here and here).

Volvo B9TL Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 36100 previously in Somerset as the Exmoor spare is heading to Weymouth (purpose unknown) (source here).

Eden Project P&R E200s 44381 and 44382 are currently being repainted (source here).

Hopefully this will eliminate any questions which OTB has already answered. If I have made any mistakes or missed anything, let me know :).

Thanks for producing that, it certainly makes sense of it all. I'll admit though that when I saw the photos on the other page of 37729 in Taunton, being a B9TL I was surprised to see it moved to Somerset - I'd have thought it would have joined the "new" ones. All exciting stuff with FK!

Just one point in what appears to otherwise be a very useful and accurate summary. While one of the unbranded E400s is going to the Falmouth Coaster, the other is going to the Tin Coaster, not spare, unless I have read the Tweet incorrectly (Tin Coaster PVR would be 2 in any case).

I’d suggest the most pertinent point is that they are being converted to open top

The 7 Open Top E400s (33426-28 and 33575, 592, 600 and 601): 4 of the Atlantic Coaster branded ones are to remain on this route (source here). 1 of them is destined for the Tin Coaster. 1 of the 2 unbranded vehicles (33600/33601) is destined for the Falmouth Coaster, and the other to remain unbranded as a spare (source here).

No. 2 to Tim Coaster and 1 to Falmouth

The Volvo B7TL Alexander ALX400 open-top (32027) and 4 of the Tridents will become sales points. (source here)

The Volvo B7TL Plaxton President open-tops from the Lands End Coaster will join the Sun-Seeker brand or act as spares. (source here)

No, simply added to give a fleet of 4 for a pvr of 3

Volvo B9TL Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 36100 previously in Somerset as the Exmoor spare is heading to Weymouth (purpose unknown) (source here).

Eden Project P&R E200s 44381 and 44382 are currently being repainted (source here).

Just a point of clarification - there is no such entity or brand as First Kernow. First South West Ltd. Operating the local Cornwall bus network as Cornwall by Kernow.
There’s logic to everything - it’s just that the facts behind the logic aren’t necessarily publicly known !

Yep that's my mistake, I read the tweet wrong, have adjusted the original post now. Many thanks :)

I wonder if the 05 plate First Scotland East Scania Omnidekkas will head this way once withdrawn with other Scanias here it may make sense unless they end up being scrapped.
I highly doubt it given how poor of a condition they're in coupled with their corrosion issues over the years. The only places i can see them going is scrap or Connexions...

Given where they've operated, I'd expect overall condition to be worse compared to the earlier examples Connexions ended up with from Hampshire & Dorset where the climate is slightly warmer. I don't think any of them remain in service with connexions, but I could be wrong there.

Two of the FSE examples were off the road for around 2-3 years from 2011 to 2013/14 and had to get the whole rear ends rebuilt due to corrosion. The fact they've lasted this long has surprised me especially given the sister vehicles at Hampshire were suddenly withdrawn due to corrosion being found. As i say i just highly doubt there's any chance of First South West getting any as they'll most likely go to scrap, the mention of Connexions was a bit tongue in cheek since they seem to like quite literally anything with a Scania badge!

They’re not moving to FSW

Connexions still have a number of the type in use and tracking on bustimes it would seem.

Caught sight of 64056 from Truro Park and Ride leaving Langarth under tow by Cornwall Commercials yesterday afternoon.

I see the Atlantic coasters are calling at the Padstow Park and ride. Will the buses on the Padstow park and ride be open or closed top?

Any news on the open topper buses for the L1 this year? Will they still be the Older tridents which unfortunately didn’t see much service last year

The service is cut to every two hours (1 PVR) so hopefully one of the two will be able to be regularly used.

That’s what it’s operating now.
There are two Lizard Open Tops, allowing the L1 and L5 to operate open top when the weather allows.

Would seem sensible if the L1 was two hourly Helston to The Lizard and the 34 was two hourly between Redruth and The Lizard giving interworked hourly from Helston.

Daft last year having so many frequent virtually empty buses on the Lizard following each other.

Am speculating here a bit...but have 66909/983 gone off for trainer conversion seeing as they haven't seen service since early March & mid February respectively?

There's nothing registered as yet. The last variation to appear was for the service suspension in January.
It’s not registered or it’s not appeared in the most recent fortnightly edition of notices and proceedings? We don’t register electronically so our registrations appear initially in Notices & Proceedings.

Neither - that it wasn't listed in the batch of registrations that appeared on the local bus service registration website on Friday. That's all I mean.

I know it might not be related to FSW but 32603 and 37184 are/were in Lawrence Hill Depot in Bristol but are they heading to Buses Of Somerset or Cornwall after They stopover in Bristol or if not where are they heading?

Some time ago "On the Buses" quoted 37184, 32583-32592 as being the 10 for Buses of Somerset. But obviously things can change.

They are indeed on their way from Glasgow and being dropped at a variety of locations in the South and South West where scrap vehicles are being lifted from.

That was the detail of the incoming vehicles I posted which you’ve deleted
