I'm not a fan of the rebrand, but it looks good. I wonder if this is in response to Transdev using the Ribble Country fleet name and Stagecoach Merseyside and South Lancashire changing their Legal identity back to Ribble Motor Services.

The latest repaint I know of at Stagecoach East Midlands at Hull is MAN/Enviro 300 24162 into 'Local' livery.

And also at Hull for Stagecoach East Midlands, Enviro 400s 10061/2, recently swapped for 19684/5 at Worksop, have been repainted into the Consortium Group livery for new college services C1 and C2 that stop at Cottingham High School.

Joining the fleet in Googlebus livery is Stagecoach Hampshire's KX06LYV (18503), formerly in a version of Beachball with Alton College branding. I still think it needs both black window bands and the dropping of that stupid white panel.

That's the first time I've heard it called that. There's no like button, but let it be said, I genuinely do like it! May it catch on :D

One of West Scotland’s new arrivals is in a special yellow and green local livery.

It's not terrible but it's typical of a badly organised company to repaint all of your "hybrid" vehicles out of their "green" livery into the standard corporate colour scheme and then introduce a new "green" livery - left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing

Stagecoach Merseyside and South Lancashire 15305 has received a long-distance based burgundy and tan heritage livery and I actually think it looks amazing. It should’ve been the standard for the whole fleet.

FWIW, it’s ok as a one off but a fleet of them would be unbelievably dull (see when Midland Red North “recreated” the BMMO livery), no better than the appalling “new” livery

I quite like the Lancashire colours - I've never understood why operators don't got for a fairly plain "red" livery - we all know that people hold London buses in higher esteem than provincial operations, we know people who use the red buses in London who'd never consider a bus in their home towns, why not go for something relatively similar for the rest of the UK?

I think I'd rather have "dull" than the new Stagecoach livery, whatever you want to call it...

Googlebus livery

...ah, yes, THAT's what I'll call it!

I think I might start calling it the dishwasher livery. That kind of multicoloured swirl on a white backing really reminds me of a dishwasher tablet.

That or washing machine powder.

"Stagecoach, cleans even at 30 degrees"

I also enjoy Googlebus, long may that stick

I was of the understanding that the colours are down to the sponsor (i.e. the energy group that are co-funding the purchase of these vehicles). Certainly many other Zero-Emission buses in Scotland have worn branded liveries rather than standard schemes so far.

If the Front was simply all Blue, with underneath the Windscreen Orange it'd look a hell of a lot better.

The Orange depending on the Model. On an ALX it would simply be the part that was Black when new.

They are trying to apply their new livery as it is on the MMCs to all buses, which clearly isn’t working!

Lost somewhere within Bank-Monument tube station,
When I visited Ramsgate a few weeks ago, I was surprised to see a 53-plate Pointer Dart in the new colours. I imagine this must be one of the oldest, if not the oldest bus in the fleet to have been repainted.

Does beg the question if South East are not expecting any replacements in the medium term, there were several Darts and Tridents in the new livery, all around 16-18 years old.

A couple of years older is the open topper 17529 (LX51 FON), however that obviously isn't one of their "main" frontline vehicles.

Stagecoach West’s Scania E400 has received Cirencester college branding with a new livery front. The googlebus army is getting bigger

Something to note is that Stagecoach have started painting a few buses into pride livery. 10894 at South, 11510 at Manchester while 50272 seems to have a pride version of the Oxford Tube livery. This is interesting following the Section 28 controversy with Stagecoach a number of years ago

The section 28 controversy was nothing to do with Stagecoach, it was a personal funded “project” by Sir Brian Souter.

It's been a while since I did a Grimsby depot update, so bear with me...

Of the deckers here, only 4 have so far received the new livery, 19014, 44, 52 and 86;

6 of the Wright bodied single deck Volvos now carry new colours, 21263, 264, 266, 267, 269 and 270. Notably 21270 previously carried Interconnect purple, marking the start of the departure of this livery;

4 Enviro300s currently carry new livery, 27189, 191, 201 and 202, with 27202 previously wearing Humber Flyer livery;

The Enviro400 fleet has seen significant progress, there being almost half of the type now carrying new colours, 37187, 190, 195, 196, 197, 198, 200, 202, 203, 205, 207, and 208 so far treated.

Thus far 26 buses at Grimsby carry new livery, with 42 yet to do so (not including Open-Top deckers and Dial-a-ride Minibuses which assumably will stay non-standard).

Does anyone know a list of buses scrapped / withdrawn - not to reenter service since repaint?
Another list is buses that have been out of service for more than a month since repaint.
