No trains to call at Altnabreac for the foreseeable future

Hard to know if that's just a frontline social media person who is just repeating (outdated) lines they've been given and there's more to it than this, or if it is just a screw-up with the data in the CIF.

Somebody needs to sort it out either way though, or tickets will be mis-sold.

Forum meet at Wick on Sunday?
It's a fair point, but my assumption was that the timetable includes the call by default, so it would need manually edited out and if not done frequently enough the calls will start appearing in public timetable data again.

Train crew diagrams have been altered to show the stop as well as internal company communication confirming the opening.

In this case it was the opposite, the base timetable had the calls marked as unadvertised throughout.

The schedules have been manually amended to change the calls to passenger stops, hence they are now VAR on RTT from next week, compared to WTT on RTT this week.

Looks like very recently the calls in the new timetable from mid May have had the passenger calls reinstated.

All Altnabreac calls were re-inserted on Tuesday night for the period up to the timetable change as a VAR, and Thursday (last night) for the May timetable change as part of the WTT.

Oh right, I did a quick search for the name on the assumption it was a forum username but perhaps the account was suspended
The account in question and their posts in this topic (up to page 17) are still up. If they didn't show their location as being Caithness or link to their rambling YT videos I think we'd be none the wiser!

This is interesting.

What happens if people turn up to get on or get off at the station and they 'kick off'?

Your post has a link to your hotmail account, including your name and email address, I suggest editing it if you didn't mean that. Either way it doesn't show up.

They have a youtube channel and one of the videos they said the charges regarding level crossing were dropped as they took that as admission by NR that they actually own all the land and they cant trespass on what they own!

Won't the platform need a fair bit of maintenance before it's reopened?

I think it’s fair to say that they probably won’t be adding anything to the thread currently. ;)

For those of you who use Facebook there's an update on the Civil action over ownership, as opposed to the criminal action for obstruction of a train.
