Hi, apologies for the slow reply to your friend request. 2 good reasons though; 1) I was at work yesterday and only got in at 2 am, 2) I don't really know my way around this forum, so it's taken longer than it probably should to work out how to accept a friend request!

There are different questions asked mainly about life scenarios that can show your behaviour in different situations which will be needed when you work as a driver- for example : ,, give an example of working under pressure and how did you feel / perform''.
Few questions about the role of a driver, few questions about the company itself which should not be difficult if you pursue that job for FGW and question why you want the job in the first place.
In my case it was not all about the money (in fact that was the last reason I gave).

I have to admit , I have some of the railway background (including railway college and railway work experience from Europe) so I could give life examples what I did when something was happening.
At which stage are you now? Have you applied for that position?
