This drivers eye view video gives a good update of progress. I'm not sure exactly the filming date but it was uploaded 2 weeks ago. I haven't watched it entirely but piles and masts stretch almost all the way to Wigston.

Looking at Realtimetrains today for Portsmouth to Bristol. 6 3-car services 8 4-car services 2 5-car services Considering for many years all trains were 3 cars this does seem to be an improvement.
