With RDW overtime you can chose, but once chosen you cant change till the next contract year.
Overtime above year end contract are paid the month after the contract year ends. Contract year is either January-December or June-July.

Not quite that bad unless you are perhaps at a seasonal or SCO based depot which has less WTT work and more reliant on customer requirements. With a few caveats you cant be days/earlies Monday and Tuesday and then nights Wednesday and Thursday. Likewise you cant be nights Monday and...
Those T&Cs make no mention of enhanced pay AND a day off in lieu. But as above, you’ll need to speak to your own people as no one here will know your specifics.
I'd say its a good thing. If you meet the contract early it gives you a chance to either have the rest of the year off or work days that would have been work days as overtime.
It was 8 floating days until this year…but have extra rostered week to compensate.
Not sure why the change or how it got through because staff were never consulted.
Banking rest days is not an official policy but it has been done from time to time .
Wons, Pons, company notices, rulebooks, rosters, email, forms, assessments, Tops, timetable advisory etc plus the normal non business related tablet uses.
They have offered trainee roles for a great number of years. However its only the last 4 or so years that it has been opened up to external trainees, mainly due to rapid business expansion and wavering interest from within....that and there isn't quite as many wanting to come over than there...
