As always, the First Class upgrade is £20, and Coaches A & B are usually quietest, as people can't be bothered to walk along the platform.
Some of it depends on what football is on in London.
They are all usually busy to Reading, where about 25% get off.
If you know you will be on it, a reservation is usually a good idea.
