Are these two units dedicated to working Southeastern services ?

For several weeks these units have been regulars on 0624 Ashford - Blackfriars, 0728 Rochester - Blackfriars and 1747 Blackfriars - Ashford (and presumably 1620 Charing Cross - Hastings).
