Is there potential for a "round robin" type ticket from Lancaster?

Train to Grange, bus to Haverthwaite, steam train to Lakeside, boat to Bowness, bus to Windermere (or walk up the hill) and train back. Or perhaps coach Grange-Coniston-Ambleside for a shorter boat ride.

I cannot see the ferry operators allowing a reduction in their normal fares (which would have to be built in to the cost of such a ticket), as they seem to have no difficulty in filling their vessels with the tourist clientèle at the present time at their advertised prices. Whether or not the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway would also allow a reduced price to be incorporated in such a tickets is a moot point.

What cost figure did you have in mind for adult and child users of such a ticket ?

A journey on the Windermere steamer is included in the ticket.
you get 10% discount on the Haverthwaite railway (10% discount also on the Ravenglass & Eskdale).

Last time I used this to go on the coast line to Workington then bus via Keswick to Ambleside.

Yes, it seems like its already there! As Paul S says, the lake steamers are probably quite happy as things are...

I did the trip the other way round in 2010 (Lancaster - Windermere - Keswick - Workington - 57007/8 on the Floodexes and home via Barrow).
