Three unidentified 450s took me from Winchester to Waterloo on 1W54 to Waterloo. A hop across London to Euston saw the purchase of an all-day breakfast sandwich, crisps, double chocolate muffin and Coke Zero before 350247 and 350376 took me to Crewe on 1U34. Along the way Euston yielded 390001 Virgin Pioneer and 390135 City of Lancaster with 66537, 66113, 66019, 66557, 66502 and 378221 sighted at Wembley. There was little chance for sighting along the West Coast Main Line, but Stafford yielded 66079. 47804, 87002, 90002 and 720543 were sighted on the approach to Crewe where I checked into the Premier Inn. A further spot saw 56105 and 57309 Pride of Crewe also sighted.
