Now that the full service is running I've started riding the express Milngavie-Edinburgh home from Charing Cross to Haymarket every evening. Passenger loads are still quite low between Airdrie and Bathgate, but they're definitely getting busier.
If you're travelling from anywhere east or west of GLQ it's a fair bit more convenient, and it takes only about 5 minutes longer. The 334s are quite pleasant once you get used to that weird shaky thing when they pull out, though tables would be nice. Mobile signal is much better than the Falkirk service too.
Overall, it's looking pretty good now that the full service is on - hope it does well!
