I was trying to use the forum's site to book a ticket from Farnborough Main to Sydenham, this Saturday, leaving Farnborough at 10:16. Both options are to arrive at Woking at 10:34 and then either:
- wait 12 minutes and then catch an actual train that takes 46 minutes to Clapham Junction
OR
- wait 28 minutes and then catch a rail replacement bus that takes 1 hr 11 mins to Clapham Junction
One of these seems a much worse option
At first, I thought it was only the stopping trains that are replaced with buses but I can find examples of both stopping and non-stopping trains listed.
So if I try to book the train option am I going to find myself on a rail replacement bus (and having to wait longer for it)
Thanks
