AVON VALLEY RAILWAY 'Bitton Beer Bash' 10th - 12th June 2022.

The AVR are holding a weekend 'Beer Bash' this coming Fri, Sat + Sun, featuring diesel haulage using 08888, 08202, 31130 and Barclay 0-4-0DM WD70043 'Grumpy' sporting it's newly applied green livery. The event will feature 25 types of beer from the Hop Union Brewery (formerly the Great Western Brewery) , the sessions being 1800 - 2200 hrs on Friday, 1200hrs - 1600 hrs and 1800hrs - 2200hrs on Saturday and 1200hrs - 1600hrs on Sunday. Ticket prices are £3.50 just for the beer festival or £9.00 for the train ride also. Available in advance on line or pay on the day on arrival.
