Blackpool Trams / LRT

Having spent the last week in Blackpool , I have ridden on and photographed all the newish Bombardier LRT Trams , EXCEPT 004 & 018 . I have not seen these two running are they “off” for some reason ?

Also there are two sets that seem permanently in Starr Gate Depot , visitEd three times and these two are always in the same position . Are they my missing two ?
