Once i saw a C Stock train at platform 7 working ECS at Barking going west bound. I thought Upminster Depot only maintains the D Stock.

C Stock are stabled in Barking sidings to the east of the station, so stock can head into service from the westbound platform there. The stock does occasionally go to Upminster depot for work, but I believe this isn't done regularly due to clearance restrictions eastbound from Barking.

I hope it was pfm6?! As pfm7 is the down Tilbury platform.
In the peaks trains are scheduled to use Barking sidings to reverse, as well as pfm3, to maintain the 10min service.
