The PAN (card number) Chase give you in the app is different to the PAN on the contactless interface on your card.

Suggest using something like Cardpeek to read the PAN on the physical card

I couldn't find "Cardpeek" but I have tried a couple of NFC card reader apps and they give me the card number and expiry date but not the security code. Bus company portals require this security code. How do I get it?

According to the advert, all the card details are stored in the Chase banking app, rathe than being printed on the card itself.

But the card number and security number in the app is just for use online. The number of the physical card is different and the app only tells you the last four digits and doesn't tell you the security number.

Leaving aside different CVCs for different interfaces (which isn't relevant here).

If you want the CVC for the PAN on the physical card you'll need to ask the bank. But if they aren't expecting anything except card present transactions on that PAN (since it's hidden) then I'd be surprised if they'll give it to you.

Given where this has been posted, I think you're asking this so you can get journey history for a bus company using Ticketer?

I don't know how Chase have implemented this - they may be using MDES in which case Ticketer (who can do PAN -> DPAN like TfL) would be able to find the other PANs Chase are tying together.

That's right.

I've spent much of the evening messaging Chase but they won't help.

If you click on a TFL transaction in the Chase app, it tells you the physical card number and CVC.

You can use these to add the Chase card to a TFL account.
