MMI and DMI were pretty much the same questions, I used the same examples but the DMI is more highlighting how you FELT in those situations.

DMI is very similar to the MMI but more based around you as a person.

Learn about the company, what initiatives they have coming up/ done recently, how they plan to expand etc the usual company research you would do with any job interview.

Otherwise have 8-10 examples ready for questions such as 'Tell us about a time where you faced a difficult customer, Tell us about a time where you had to keep to strict timings, you had to go above and beyond, a situation where it was important to not make a mistake etc...the actual questions are throughout the forum just make sure you use the S.T.A.R system. Situation, Task, Action, Result.

PREP IS KEY.
PREP IS KEY.

Good luck!
Thank you so much ,I appreciate the help. I have been told I would be given a date for the test in sept .so I will prepping every day till then .

You’ll be prepping every day for the next seven months?! I’m not sure that’s really necessary.

Every day until September would probably do more harm than it would good, I practiced for a week before mine and passed.

Does anyone know when Chiltern will re-launch the Aylesbury or Bletchley hiring campaign (since the cancellation of Aylesbury's in December)?

Chiltern has already started new campaigns for other locations (Marylebone, Stourbridge, and Birmingham). It is also hiring Qualified Drivers for Aylesbury.

I believe Bletchley is now full, with a full establishment of drivers having been recruited already so I wouldn't expect to see another BLY campaign.

It’s recently been identified that there is a requirement to increase the driver establishment at Marylebone hence the reopening of recruitment.

More that I would have thought there would be enough people in the recent round who could have made the grade, but seemingly not.

Did anyone actually make it through from this recruitment on here if they're advertising for talent pool?

Most I've seen is someone passing their DMI?

I need to practice for the interview as I'm not good with them
But there's being prepared and being over prepared.

If you're really bad with interviews you can practice with a partner or friend, but you don't need to practice every day for 6 months

If you've passed to National standard you'll still have to take an additional test to meet Chiltern's requirements as well as completing Stage 2 of the assessments.

Just three people? What course start date are you on?Also when u have time please let the forum know what paper or computer tests u done. Good luck!
supposed to be a June start. Completed stage 1 and waiting on results to see if we move to the stage 2 for the afternoon. So paper tests were group bourden, train ability for rules, so read the passage answer the questions, then part 2 cable and dials. Not sure of the name of the tests but we then had count the number of high and low tones. Then doing the look up in a phone book followed by doing both at the same time.

I was placed in the talent pool and recently invited to the assessments, people are saying they had to complete a VSE test but I haven’t completed one, is anyone else in the same boat?
