Are 918, 968, 972, 982 going to be PRM refurbished on TFW
Yes. 2 will get the PRM mods but not the toilet mods. 2 will get the full mods including toilet. The latter will likely return to being 1533xx. Not sure which 2 it will be though. These are the ones now owned by TfW.

Does anyone know if emr are still using 153308 and 153355.
In the past month 153379 153384 and 153357 and 153319.
Have been in constant use and always swapping around with each other paired up on the Barton on humber line.
153308 and 153355.
Don't appear to be in use recently?.
Most likely 153 will continue on this line to December 2021.
However recently I have seen quite a good few emr guards from Lincoln route learning.
So maybe time is ending for 153 on the Barton on humber branch.
But how about for 153308 and in particular 153355?.

Probably on maintenance or just dumped down the end of a siding like one was at Etches Park for a few months. Believe that was 319.

Today Wednesday 17th November 2021.
I had a ride aboard 153355 153357 on the cleethorpes to Barton on humber branch line.
However would like to update further that Saturday the 11th December 2021.
Is the final day off operations on this line.
Confirmed and via various sources and local rail users groups.
156s are replacing them.
156404 and 156415 and 156401 have been traction and route knowledge training on this line.
Also confirmed cleethorpes Depot has no booked work on this line with more spare turns from Sunday the 12th December 2021.
So 3 weeks left to get them in while you can.
Because this service is so unique and interesting a pair off non prm 153 running together ie only part off network now where this rare chance happens .
Also last couple occasions I travelled trains was very quiet.
However final 3 weeks before another piece off history ends. On traction.

Worth noting here that Northern will no longer have any 153's diagrammed from December. There are currently three diagrams (one full and two half) on the Leeds-Wigan service. The full diagram will now be operated by a 3-car 195 while the two half diagrams will now be merged into one (with the 07:17 from Leeds extended to and the 10:37 from Manchester Victoria now beginning from Wigan) operated by 2x 2-car 158's, with the three remaining diagrams using 3-car 158's as present.

I think 308 and 384 swap with 355/357 tomorrow at Cleethorpes. 355/357 are here at Eastcroft so should leave 7am tomorrow to travel up.

Yes that's correct and commencement with the 1056 cleethorpes to Barton on humber service.
However at cleethorpes around 1048 will be the 4 153s together.
Ecs leaves on front going to Nottingham eastcroft.
Then it's the 1056 to Barton on humber.
Did it on Wednesday with 355 357 and on Monday with 308 384 153 units.

Morning, I am planning the long(ish) journey up tomorrow to North Lincs to catch these one final time, can I just check that it’s definitely going to be 153 hauled?

I am assuming that some 156s are being run for route learning, or are they ECS workings?

I wouldn’t want to make the journey to find a 156/4 my chariot for the day!

Also, does anyone know what the parking is like at Habrough? I think I will park there rather than head into Grimsby / Cleethorpes.

Ref the helpful info posted recently about the end of the EMR 153s on the Barton Branch - when these are swapped over do they typically travel up to the branch from Eastcroft (or back again) as empty stock or do they form a service train that can be traveled on eg from Nottingham?

Usually 3 times a week.
Sunday afternoon/evenings on services to Nottingham via Lincoln from cleethorpes and vice versa on passenger booked services for swap from Nottingham eastcroft.
However another swap occurs Tuesday and Thursday morning will see it take place in cleethorpes station.
Unit arrives around 925am from Nottingham eastcroft and goes at rear end off platform 3.
The move concerned is 5F87 0702 Nottingham eastcroft to cleethorpes.
The service from Barton on humber then comes in on top off this creating 4 153s in the station.
However the ex Barton on humber then forms the 5f86 1055 cleethorpes to Nottingham eastcroft service. Ie empties.
Before a fresh pair forms the 1056 to Barton on humber service.
HOWEVER CAUTION TO THE WIND DISCLAIMER be warned only recently in the past few weeks or so sometimes the Tuesday am swap over Has not took place it did Tuesday the 16th November 2021. But did not the previous x2 Tuesday's before then.
Thursday's so far it has.
