We next move to Wales for the next journey.....

This is number 1260 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Glasbury-on-Wye
It follows the line of the Hereford, Hay and Brecon Railway
It then follows the line of the Newport, Abergavenny and Hereford Railway...note 1st and 2nd stations
It then follows the line of the Merthyr, Tredegar and Abergavenny Railway
It then follows the line of the Brynmawr and Blaenavon Railway
It then follows the line of the Pontypool and Blaenavon Railway
It then follows the line of the Monmouthshire Railway and Canal Company
It then follows the line of the Sirhowy Railway...via Nine Mile Point...note 1st and 2nd stations
The journey ends at the closed station of Sirhowy

The first closed station on this journey is Glasbury-on-Wye

We are heading in the other direction towards the Newport, Abegavenny and Hereford Railway (as per the journey preamble)
