We next move to Wales for the next journey.....

This is number 1643 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Bethesda
It follows the line of the LNWR Bethesda Branch Line
It then follows the line of the Chester and Holyhead Railway...via Aber
It then follows the line of the Vale of Clwyd Railway...via Foryd (1st station)
It then follows the line of the Denbigh, Ruthin and Corwen Railway...via Denbigh
It then follows the line of the GWR Ruabon to Barmouth Line...via Cynwyd
It then follows the line of the Aberystwyth and Welsh Coast Railway...via Llangelynin
It then follows the line of the Newtown and Machynlleth Railway...via Cemmes Road
It then follows the line of the Van Railway...via Caersws (VR)
The journey ends at the closed station of Garth and Van Road

The first closed station on this journey is Bethesda
