What are the closest NR ones? The Lympstone Commando and Lympstone Village?

London Overground is a TOC.

National Rail is just a name for all TOCs.

London Overground is managed by TfL and operated by London Overground Rail Operations Ltd (LOROL)

They wouldn't be closer together in rail mileage, but there are some places (for example Heath on the Cardiff ValleyLines) where there are serperate 'low level' and 'high level' stations. Some of these might be really close together. I think Shotton on the North Wales Coast Line has platforms in one direction directly beneath the North Wales Coast Line platforms but are counted as one station, wheras the similar suituation at Builth Road was two sperate stations (the low-level station having been closed along with that line).
