I didn't realise that the final specifications (carriage numbers etc) had been confirmed for the GWML.
Be good to but its not always easy to work out contract optionsMight be worthwhile to add a column for options (if anybody is sufficiently up-to-speed), as that might add a bit of factual background to some discussions that go on here. Is it just Crossrail and Southern 387s with options at present?
Having said that, I do realise that adding a bit of leeway for future growth and changes of plan is, on the whole, not the way we do things in this country.
