Has anyone used the CrossCountry app for Android recently? I have been using it regularly over the last year because its fairly slick, the format of the e-tickets is good (shows seat reservation!) and they also email the tickets to you. For some reason though, on my latest journey, the ability to ask for an E-Ticket has disappeared. Not sure if its a fault with the app or the nature of the journey (Paddington to Keyham). Not a massive issue - but paper tickets are very retro.

This may just be that the journey isn't enabled for eTickets. What is the journey?
The Southeastern app is happy to offer me an eTicket for that journey.
