Culture Recovery grant - final payments

You may recall the Arts Council awarded various culture recovery grants during the height of the Covid pandemic to keep museums including heritage railways afloat. 90% of the grant was paid out upfront with the remaining 10% due on submission of a final request which had to include a certified income & expenditure account. I'm helping one such centre with their final submission and the financials are better than the original budget. I'm sure we are not alone in this regard - ie: summer 2021 was good. I appreciate the need for confidentiality so please feel free to DM if you prefer but interested to know if other heritage railways received their final 10% even if financials submitted were better than forecast.
