Not my geographic area at all, but as I understand it there are fairly long standing plans for a massive housing development on the old quarry site, soil has been delivered by rail for some time for filling in so perhaps the development has now reached the stage where aggregate/stone is required, I've seen an old BBC news report that mentions plans for 25000 'carbon free' homes making a new town, if the railway plays its environmental card right there could be some good contracts available

This type of schedule has always foxed me, the Plumstead path has actually been showing since the end of January and there's another one, Southampton Up Yard (Fl) to Willesden DCR, which has been around for ages as well, I wonder if the RTT thread on here might be the better place to ask?

A couple of schedules have appeared this morning for Thursday, 1202 0Z60 Willesden to Toton TMD and 1845 0Z61 to Leicester LIP, presumably this will be for the movement of 60099 mentioned by @56091
