There's no end to end traffic that isn't catered for by the train. As for the villages like Clifton Campville, what are they going to get in Burton that they aren't getting in Tamworth (the nearest town)?

15018 was still in the base blue livery last time I spotted it in Derby so it could be that one.
The Royal Derby shuttle is now regularly a 2 vehicle service running up to every 10 mins so must be doing well.

Ah you mean the Park and Ride shuttle, often a little busy. Technically, the service known as the Royal Derby is the Notts and Derby service ...and that seems to be doing well do . Must be hospital goers, that can't face driving.

I've used the hospital park and ride, and 1 minibus every 20 minutes was not enough. In good weather many will walk if able, as it is only a 10 minute walk to the hospital, and it is signposted. So demand may be variable. There does appear to be 2 buses on there lately, although haven't seen anything to suggest an improved frequency officially.
Car park is free, bus is free and no time limit. The ones within hospital grounds are now limited to 90 minutes, £25 fee if go over. This is whilst they build a multistorey car park on what was a large ground level car park.

- services 21 and 21E: timetable amended on Mondays to Fridays to improve reliability
- service 22: the 7.10am morning journey from Swadlincote amended to leave at 6:40am

Surprised to see both the 12E and 21E are still running making these services one of the last in the east midlands to run on Christmas Eve. In previous year I believe only the 1830 21E ran out of these two services.

E200 1454 has the old branding clinging on

1454 is actually the old Yourbus fleet number which is now 31432. I did see 31425 on the way home on the Royal Derby shuttle with Midland Classic branding on.

Metrocity 30996 YJ66 AOY has been repainted. The image also shows it next to one of the Custom Denning electric vehicles which are due for the 8 & 9 at some point.

Sprinter 15015 WN74 XVJ is now branded for the NMA route.
Timetable changes in may for the 9 & 401/402/403. 9 sees the 2120 to the Airport removed on all days and Sundays also sees the 0305 and 2015 removed as well. For the Uttoxeter routes it is more radical with the early/late journeys removed which some were funded by BSIP money about 2 years ago.

Disappointing to see the 401 getting cuts, luckily I'll have trent bartons Villager to fall back on though. I am suprised the 0305 lasted so long on the 9, on the rare occasions I would take it I'd be the only one aboard.

No, they run buses dead/not in service to/from Uttoxeter.
Sort of not surprising with the 401 as well as not to long ago it was threatened with being cut to just Burton - Tutbury and when I have used it the loading do sort of match that.

I suspect there is very little potential custom, unless the big industrial estate/prison around Foston sees potential passengers. After that, Sudbury and Doveridge are pretty much all there is

Apparently Diamond have lost tender for Routes 1, 12, 12E and South Staffs Coach Hire based in Tamworth have win the tenders.
Is there a source for this info?
Only info I can find is the 1 being cancelled from 24th May. I can't see anything relating to the 12/12E changing but the 805/806 school runs are moving operator and being renumbered 12A/12B.
