The strikes haven't been suspended for charters to run, they have been cancelled as a mark of respect. If a train has already been cancelled it won't be reinstated. This trip is not on the RTC website.

Ah that's a great shame, RTC haven't had much luck this month with 2 out of 3 cancelled - let's hope the financial consequences haven't been too severe for them... Thanks for confirming!

the one on the 15th shows up as cancelled on railway herald, which is a shame but there we go :)
