DTM Role

I have recently been offered an interview for a DTM (Driver Team Manager) role.

I've searched here a little but in terms of interview questions, information and experiences it tends to be aimed at Drivers and Apprenticeship to a degree.

Has anyone experienced this role, types of questions and what to expect on the day.

I should mention the position is with NORTHERN so any Northern employees willing to advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks in advance

Is the DTM role one that also manages competency and is line of promotion ? or is it like the split roles and this is non competency ?

Cheers.

Feel free to DM me (no, I don't work for Northern)
Cheers for the offer, however unfortunately it won't allow myself to create a conversation with yourself - you must be quite particular lol
