Have just been past the Ilford sheds and seen this rather splendid older loco in original white and blue BR livery. It looked fantastic.

Anyone know what it's doing there?

86401 has just returned back to Willesden from its protracted stay at Ilford (overhaul + hired out as a carriage heater), so I presume Les Róss has taken the place of Mons Meg.
