I'm currently on a 375 to Hastings via Tonbridge and what I've noticed so far is that it seems to vibrate quite a lot, even when idle or at low speeds. Any idea why?

If it’s happening while stopped (I’m assuming that’s what you mean by at idle on an EMU?) then likely air con I would imagine

That, or if just after braking, the brake resistor fan was always a good one for excessive vibrations at a certain point in its life, a vibration limited to motor coaches mind you.
