66 211 is currently on the way to Wembley, so is presumably being returned to France.
It's in a convoy hauled by 90 019; the other locomotives being moved to Wembley are 66 118, 67 016 and 92 042.
Update Friday 08/01/21:
66 211 was taken to Dollands Moor yesterday, but there's a problem with the paperwork and it's not being allowed through the tunnel - it's being returned to Wembley today behind 67 016 as it needs an inspection before it can pass through to France.
I'm not sure why they can't inspect it at Dollands Moor?
