Ooh interesting. Well done. Can you tell me the process. Was it a video interview and then a face to face afterwards? Are you relocating for the position?

Thank you!

No relocation required.....I can get to St Pancs in just under an hour on the train fortunately.

The process was.....
- Video interview
- Brief telephone interview
- Telephone French assessment
- French assessment day in London
- Assessment and interview day in London.

Hi, what level of French is required at the application stage?

My French is pretty merde to be fair and I can barely speak English. ;)

If you get as far as the French assessment they'll assess what level you are at and whether or not they think you can be taught it. Someone who has a high/higher level of French will obviously be at an advantage to a complete novice. I did GCSE French 25 years ago and had no interest in it at the time so I'd say I'm definitely at a beginners level. :s

Cheers Toon that's good to know, I was fairly good at GCSE French but it's got bit rusty since. I'm a bit tempted to apply next time they advertise but it would mean relocation. Good luck anyway, hope it works out.
