Engineering Apprentice

We have an excellent opportunity within our Engineering Department for three Engineering Apprentices.
Well give you the extensive training needed to become a Train Maintainer - one of the highly skilled workers who play a key role in servicing our fleet of modern trains and carry out maintenance and fault diagnosis of systems and equipment.
You will be given the opportunity to develop a set of skills that could see the beginning of your career in engineering.
Youll receive both practical and academic training that ultimately leads to a universally recognised qualification - City & Guilds Level 3 in Engineering; NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance; Key Skills Level 2.
Youll need to be 16 or older, with GCSE passes in Maths, English and a Science subject.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following in their application
A practical interest in engineering.
A high level of motivation and enthusiasm for completing tasks.
That you are committed to a career in engineering which will start with the completion of a four year apprenticeship.
