First Try At Weathering a Loco

Well i weatheres a loco today it was my Lima Class 47 all the paint which i used or the weathering can be removed by using WD-40 so Please tell me what you think of it.

I found for weathering my class 37 and class 56, a whiteboard marker worked well, if you put a wee bit on a cotton bud and "streak" it down the side of the loco it looks like a spill down the side. That and pastel, only problem was, it needs to be fixed or it will go everywhere!!

i'll try that then see if it does the job better

Hairspray can be useful for fixing paster/charcoal to paper in the art world.
