What services could that open up along side EWR.

Could there be a number of services made to work between the East Coast and Birmingham / Wolverhampton.

Half hourly services Norwich to Cambridge.

More frieght from Felixstowe to the North.

EWR doesn't affect Ely.

Not sure what your second point means, but half hourly Birmingham-Peterborough-March then either Norwich or Ipswich? If you go to Norwich, then N-Cambs stays hourly as 4 tph through Thetford would be excessive. Peterboro-Ipswich hourly is already planned.

More freight is obvious priority.
