There have been a few of these threads before. I remember a thread when a civil servant did the same journey couple of years ago.

Arriva have changed the numbers to the interurban services to, & from Aylesbury, the 300 is now X9, & the times of most of the routes have been changed too

Also Carousel operate 102 Heathrow - High Wycombe with a couple of departures from Heathrow at 03.55 & 05.25 (annoyingly the 05.25 arrives at High Wycombe 06.33), which saves going through Slough
