Generate list of flows with certain restriction code

How might one generate a list of fare flows with a certain restriction code? Using perhaps the fares data, or I notice BR Fares has an API that is free for non-commercial use, or any other source which may be appropriate. I would appreciate any pointers. Thank you.

You can use the fares data, but you’ll need to write or use some sort of programme to make use of what’s there. An example is in this thread - https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/fares-database.81177/
