To me it looks rather like a metal carving of the end of a party streamer, or a snake's tongue. Since it appears to be a piece of underframe, and it hasn't cracked, I shall rule out anything made by Hitachi or CAF, and tentatively suggest that it is a bit of a Class 150.

It’s the shade of blue, made me think straight away of the beacon livery.
