Holybourne tanks

Hello,

I'm led to believe with the winter time table change taking place on Dec 1st an extra service is being add on the Alton line. I've been told when is happens the Holybourne tanks will be stabled on the Mid Hants Railway until the line is clear for the tanks to run in to the Holybourne sidings. Does anyone have any more info about this.

It would show on realtime trains for the new timetable if happening, and it doesn't.

There's still a gap in the service on every weekday, whether or not the tanks run, e.g. on Wed 18th December:
