How do I find where GWR trains from Bristol Parkway orginate

Good morning, on 20 & 25 Aug I may be travelling from Paddington to Bristol Parkway and return. As I want to use less busy trains and Parkway is not an originating station, (Unlike most trains from Temple Meads).,m how do I find out where the trains from Parkway start from? . I know some come from Swansea or Cardiff so could be busy and suspect some may come from Temple Meads, so the latter could be a better bet. For some reason the TOC does not seem to be allocating seat numbers at the moment. I wonder if I may be better to hang on for a week or 2 anyway as I think there may be further alterations/increases to services. Thanks.

As mentioned, here’s an RTT query filtered for GW trains from Parkway to Paddington for 25 Aug:

But you’ll need to check nearer, short term alterations for Covid reduced services might be in force, as they are today, with few trains from Temple Meads.
