Looks like freight has started running into the new sidings at the West Ruislip HS2 portal.

Below being the first one in:

Looks like 1 train per day incoming then offloading through the night and back out again in the morning.

The HS2 web site said that trials of using the siding for segment delivery were being conducted at West Ruislip in the w/c 16 January (Mon and Wed as I recall).
If successful, trains would start a regular run for the duration of the Northolt tunnelling.
This week's info-graphic says much the same as last week, except the trial has moved on to w/c 23 January (ie last week).
Presumably they needed another trial or the first was delayed.
I see from RTT a train ran last night, but has been cancelled tonight.
